The primary goal of the project (“Naised loovad muutust”/“Women Creating Change”) was to promote gender equality by emphasizing women's political participation. How women from different fields (education, business etc.) give their souls to make a difference in people every day lives.

“Women create change. Women have power and authority. There is also caring and empathy, character and vision. The word woman can be hidden all over the world. We are proud to be women. With this network, we want to empower active and self-aware women, share their experiences and bring about change where it is needed.” - NLM

The project has been created within the framework of the Estonian Reform Party's local government election campaign 2021
